By accessing and using iRecruiterPRO ("the Service"), operated by Ask Peter AI Technologies, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Our service provides AI-powered tools for recruiters, including but not limited to job analysis, resume screening, and candidate scoring. You understand and agree that the Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ask Peter AI Technologies disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security, or reliability of the Service.
3. User Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for all data, information, and content you upload to the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ask Peter AI Technologies and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ask Peter AI Technologies.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall Ask Peter AI Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
